IV of 1899 to Act No. II of 1951 [13th April, 1951] An Act to provide for Bangladesh Citizenship Whereas it is expedient to make provisions for Citizenship of Bangladesh: It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Section 5 of the 1951 Act provides as follows:- “Citizenship by descent 5.
